Born in Canton, Ohio
Started boxing at the age of 12
In 1977 and then again in 1979- Frank was recognized as one of
the world’s best boxing trainers and managers.
Frank holds the prestigious honor of being the youngest
trainer to take his fighter (Earnie Shavers) to Madison Square
Garden to fight Muhamad Ali. Then in 1978 with a 1st round KO
of Ken Norton in Las Vegas to become the #1 ranked heavyweight
in the world. And yet again in 1979 Frank took his fighter (Earnie
Shavers) to fight Larry Holmes at Cesears Palace in Las Vegas
for the heavyweight championship of the world.
He trained over 364 fighters in his career.
Has done 167 TV fights reaching millions all over
the world on ABC, ESPN, NBC, CBS, & USA networks.
Frank has 14 world title fights under his belt.
Early in his career he understudied with great hall
of famers like Chickie Ferrara, Bobby Gleason, Lou Viscucci, Teddy
Bentham among others.
Frank has been featured in every major boxing and
sports magazines all over the world.
He has fought in every major casino and hotel from
Las Vegas to Atlantic City including some of the elite venues
such as Madison Square Garden and Cesears Palace.
He has fought all over the world from Paris to London
and Rome to name a few.
Frank has worked the corners of hundreds of world
class fights
He is classified as a world class trainer and cut man. With Frank
as Chief 2nd he never lost a fight to a cut.
Frank knows and teaches the “Sweet Science“
of boxing and his reputation is impeccable with a win ratio of
92.4%.
As a licensed trainer, manager, matchmaker, and
promoter his career has taken him all around the world.
